Estate planning does not have to be confusing.  We are here to answer your questions.

KATIE DUNN LAW

Contact us for an appointment to discuss your estate planning needs.

WELCOME

Katie Dunn Law is happy to meet with you to discuss your estate planning goals and to assess your individual needs.  We can meet in our Scripps Ranch office or in the convenience of your home.

Have you recently started a family and need to create a guardianship for your children?  Are your children now adults and you need to update your estate plan?  Have you been delaying estate planning because of the busyness of life?

We can meet with you to discuss whether a will or trust would be the best estate planning route for your personal financial situation.  An important part of estate planning is to plan for the distribution of one’s estate, but it’s also important to have plans in place if you become incapacitated and cannot make medical or financial decisions for yourself.

As part of your estate planning package from Katie Dunn Law, you will receive the following documents:

  • A living, revocable trust with pour over will or a traditional will (both can name guardians for minors, if needed)

  • Advance health care directive

  • Durable financial power of attorney

  • HIPAA authorization form and other supporting estate planning documents

We can also provide for special needs trusts and pet trusts.  We look forward to working with you to help your family have peace of mind and the freedom to decide who will receive your assets.
